Design
We spend the longest stretch of work deciding what to build. Rather than scanning the entire market, we pick one specific friction users face, define it sharply, and shape it into something a tool can actually solve. The goal of this stage is to narrow the scope before the first line of code.
Build
Planning, design, and development are carried through in one stretch. Because no stage is handed off externally, the gap between decision and implementation stays short, and what we learn while building feeds straight back into the design. The first release is treated as a hypothesis test, not a finished product.
Operate
A launch is just the starting point — maintenance and iteration after it carry the same weight as shipping. User feedback reaches the builder directly, and what changes next is decided inside actual usage data and real workflows. Keeping the tool alive is the core of this stage.
